Here are some of the frequently asked questions that we have come across. This list will be constantly updated however if you don't find an answer here please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Q: Can you run reports on all vacation days an employee has had off or has booked off?
A: Yes. Through the vacation reporting you can run reports on days that an employee has already taken off and also reports on days that an employee has booked off but have not yet passed.

Q: How do I control who can run reports?
A: The reporting option can be removed for all the employees who you do not want accessing the reporting capabilities. You can also control this by not installing the included crystal reports onto any computer that should not have the ability to run reports.

Q: Is it possible to have my companies colors and logos on the forms?
A: Yes. Any of the forms can be personalized as you would like them by our team. Contact us for information on pricing for any customization.

Q: Is the licensing per year?
A: No. The licensing is a one time charge.

Q: What are the requirements for office collaboration tools?
A: Office collaboration tools require that you are running Exchange 2000 or higher on one of your servers and Outlook 2000 or higher for your clients.
