Opening the concern that you are interested in.
Double clicking any item will open the concern.
Once you have updated the information, click Save to send your e-mail to the addressee. The system will also send a notification
e-mail to the Concerns Administrator as well as save a copy of your response to the ConcernsResolution folder.
